The business operates in 51 cities in India, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore, excluding the cities covered by the company's Kingdom of Saudi Arabia joint venture, as of June 30, 2025.
The platform of the company allows consumers to schedule services like plumbing, cleaning, electrical services, appliance repair, beauty treatments, and massage therapy, provided by qualified, background-checked professionals.
The company has also made foray into home solutions through the introduction of water purifiers and electronic door locks under its 'Native' brand. It empowers service professionals through training, equipment, financing, insurance, and branding and aids in enhancing service quality and revenue.
Urban Company is an online full-stack home and beauty services firm by net transaction value for the nine months to December 2024. The Indian home services market at USD 59.2 billion in 2024 is estimated to grow to USD 97.4 billion by 2029, even though online penetration is less than 1%, reflecting high growth prospects.
During three months ended June 30, 2025, the company had an average of 54,347 monthly active service professionals on our platform, i.e., a service professional having performed at least one service in a given month.
When bundled across the platform, the company service more than 12,000 service micro-markets as at June 30, 2025.
The company generates revenue from
