5.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

Brokerage charges, account fees, and product features published on the Platform are compiled from publicly available sources, broker websites, and exchange disclosures. Actual charges and features may differ. Users must verify all broker information directly with the respective broker before opening an account or placing trades.

5.3 No Endorsement

8.2 Mutual Fund Information

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content on LAMF India for your personal, non-commercial investment education purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from LAMF India on any other website, platform, or medium without prior written permission

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

For grievance redressal related to SEBI-regulated brokers or securities market services referenced on this Platform, users may approach SEBI's SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in.

LAMF India reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. We also reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, content section, or service on the Platform at any time without prior notice. LAMF India shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services.
