3. I have changed my mobile number. How do I update it for communications?
For security reasons, updating your registered mobile number requires you to contact Sharekhan customer care or visit a branch. You will need to provide identity proof for verification.
4. Why do I need to enter my Date of Birth every time I log in?
Your Date of Birth is a mandatory static second factor (two-factor authentication) that adds a strong layer of security, ensuring that even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account.
5. How do I enable the Quick PIN on the mobile app?
After logging into the app with your password and DOB, navigate to:
Menu → My Profile → App Settings → Security Settings → Set Quick PIN.
6. Is trading with Sharekhan safe?
