Mr. Pawan Bharadia is the driving force behind Equitree, leading all investment initiatives with over 25 years of successful investing experience across both private and public markets. Known for his calm, patient demeanor and deep attention to detail, he excels at identifying niche opportunities early and taking long-term, conviction-driven bets. Before co-founding Equitree, he held senior roles in private equity firms, and earlier in his career worked with global institutions such as Chase Manhattan Bank and ABN Amro Bank. Pawan is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, and is based in Mumbai.
