Amit is a seasoned banker with over 25 years of experience in Indian and global banking. He has held prominent leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank as MD & South Asia Head – Structured Trades & Financing Solutions, and at Yes Bank as Group President – Mid Corporate Banking. His career also includes significant tenures at American Express Bank in Corporate Banking and Rabo India Finance in Corporate Finance. Currently based between New York and New Delhi, Amit brings deep expertise in structured financing, credit assessment, large asset portfolio management, and investment banking. He holds a PGP (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad and an engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

Puneet is an investment banking professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in structured credit and alternative investments. He co-founded India’s first Online Bond Platform Provider (OBPP), a fintech platform launched in 2020 to democratize access to institutional-grade fixed-income products. Puneet holds a PGP (MBA) from SCMLD, Pune, and has also completed an Executive Leadership Development Program at the London Business School.
