Ayush Vimal brings over a decade of diverse experience in the financial services industry, spanning Investment Banking, Taxation, and Assurance. Prior to founding Clearview Capital, he worked with the Investment Banking team at Citi, where he advised leading global private equity funds and large corporates on acquisitions, divestments, and IPOs, earning top performance recognition within his batch. Over his career, he has been involved in advising on transactions exceeding US$20 billion across sectors such as telecom, infrastructure, and consumer industries. Ayush holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is also a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. Beyond investing, he is passionate about reading, writing, swimming, and is an ardent admirer of Roger Federer.

Vedant Bagry brings over a decade of extensive experience in the financial services industry, spanning Investment Banking, Broking, and Assurance. Before co-founding Clearview Capital, he worked with J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division, where he advised leading global private equity funds and large corporates on acquisitions, divestments, and IPOs, consistently earning top performance ratings. Over his career, Vedant has been involved in deals aggregating more than US$12 billion across financial services and infrastructure sectors. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is a CFA® Charterholder, Chartered Accountant, and Company Secretary. Outside of investing, Vedant is passionate about reading, travelling, and cricket.
