Mr. Bhupendra Meel joined Bandhan AMC in December 2024 as Head of PMS and Alternative – Fixed Income business. With over two decades of experience in the Indian capital markets, he has held diverse roles across sales, investment advisory, market strategy, products and research, and fund management spanning multiple market segments. He possesses deep expertise in fixed income markets, investment analysis, portfolio and risk management, and portfolio optimization. Before joining Bandhan AMC, Mr. Meel led the fixed income division at Deutsche Bank India – IPB, managing several discretionary fixed income strategies. Prior to that, he served as Head of Fixed Income Strategy at Kotak Bank (Wealth), where he advised clients and managed the performance of the bank’s fixed income assets for over four years. Earlier in his career, he worked with RBS Coutts as a fixed income specialist for private banking clients in India. His experience also includes managing multi-asset model portfolios, institutional and corporate debt advisory, as well as investment advisory for retiral trusts. Mr. Meel holds an MBA from the Goa Institute of Management (2004), a PGDMM from the Department of Business Administration, Jaipur, and a BBA from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat.
