Established in 2008, Patel Retail Limited is a supermarket retail chain with operations mainly in tier-III cities and surrounding suburban regions. The products sold at the stores are diversified across food, non-food (FMCG), general merchandise, and apparel. The first store was opened by the company under the brand name "Patel's R Mart" in Ambernath, Maharashtra. On May 31, 2025, the company had 43 stores in suburban locations of Thane and Raigad districts of Maharashtra with a total retail space of around 1,78,946 sq. ft. To improve margins and brand awareness, Patel Retail Limited introduced private label items like "Patel Fresh" (pulses and ready-to-cook products), "Indian Chaska" (spices, ghee, and papad), "Blue Nation" (men's apparel), and "Patel Essentials" (home improvement products).
