Our Portfolio includes 30 Grade A office properties amounting to 46.3 msf as of March 31, 2025, 37.1 msf of Completed Area, 1.2 msf of Under Construction Area, and 8.0 msf of Future Development Area.
It has 6 city centre offices and 24 business parks/centres in its portfolio. Its asset portfolio provides a diversity of amenities, including& multi-cuisine food courts, members-only clubs, indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, a medical clinic, a creche, and other health and recreational facilities.
The portfolio assets of the company are located in 6 cities, namely Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram and GIFT City, Ahmedabad. The company has a Committed Occupancy of 91.4% as of March 31, 2025.
